Masterchef US Season 3

Holla~~~
I am an addict of reality tv show..currently my addiction is towards reality cooking tv shows...Masterchef US? Malaysia? Australia? Top Chef? Hell's Kitchen?? you name it..every show is in my list!

OK. now i am not going to talk about the reality tv shows as everyone already know how it works... what interest me today while watching Masterchef US season 3 at astro are the tips given before the advertisement...

Below are the tips that i captured from today's show..very the beary interesting!!

Tip No 1
To burn the calories from a bowl of Laksa, we need to jump rope for 1 hour which is equal to 60 mins!!!..OMG!! i am a big fan of laksa and of course not the exercise involved to burn off the calories :(


Tip No 2
Sorbet or frozen yogurt are great replacement for ice cream but watch the sugar level.. wahahahaha.. this can be done perfectly!! i have no issue to replace ice cream with sorbet because sorbet is yummy yummy too!!!
