Masterchef US Season 3

Holla~~~
I am an addict of reality tv show..currently my addiction is towards reality cooking tv shows...Masterchef US? Malaysia? Australia? Top Chef? Hell's Kitchen?? you name it..every show is in my list!

OK. now i am not going to talk about the reality tv shows as everyone already know how it works... what interest me today while watching Masterchef US season 3 at astro are the tips given before the advertisement...

Below are the tips that i captured from today's show..very the beary interesting!!

Tip No 1
To burn the calories from a bowl of Laksa, we need to jump rope for 1 hour which is equal to 60 mins!!!..OMG!! i am a big fan of laksa and of course not the exercise involved to burn off the calories :(

Tip No 2
Sorbet or frozen yogurt are great replacement for ice cream but watch the sugar level.. wahahahaha.. this can be done perfectly!! i have no issue to replace ice cream with sorbet because sorbet is yummy yummy too!!!

Sudahkah Anda Mendaftar Sebagai Pemilih??

Hi Hi Hi,
Tadi SL mejalankan kerja seharian SL kat FB.. apa lagi stalking orang la..
tengah2 dok stalking tu, tiba-tiba nampak satu link nak check status pendaftaran sebagai pemilih...

SL pun apa lagi, tanpa lengah2 masa, terusla check status pendaftaran tu...Senang je daftar rupanya..SL daftar kat The Curve tahun lepas..masa tu tak berniat mendaftar pun..tgh jalan-jalan tu nampak ada Youth Carnival BN..kat sana ada satu booth untuk daftar pemilih...memandangkan asyik kena kutuk kat office sebab tak daftar, SL pun menunaikan tanggungjawab sebagai warga Malaysia untuk mendaftar..

Bagi yang dah mendaftar, semak status daftar pemilih anda kat sini..
